到店后 前台告知 提供的房间空调只能制冷 不能制热 在多次沟通无果 不得不表示要投诉后 又给调换了空调正常的房间 我想问的是：如果不坚持要投诉的投诉的话 是不是 只能在室外温度只有个位数的夜晚 吹着只有冷风的空调呢？！

酒店位置好，去镜泊湖旅游方便，性价比高。有两点提醒，一是镜泊湖旅游导游对于来去的具体方案不讲解，所以你最好只买往返车票，进入景区后再决定坐船。二是酒店右侧是东一条步行街，繁华，有一个儒子牛杂店，黑店，18元净牛杂，没有几块，特此提醒以免惹气。

没供热之前真的很冷。还有就是早歺太差，停车困难。如不考虑早歺和停车也可考虑入住。
