房车空间比想象中的大，但是进屋厕所门就是坏的，还砸在老人身上，地上比较脏，有人路过讲话听得清楚，隔音不够好。洗澡间热水不佳，餐厅菜量比较大。硬件应该算是雪乡比较好的，但是价格偏贵很多。

服务态度极差，打电话问酒店定没定上的时候态度生硬，话还没说完就挂断电话，再次拨打就挂断电话，他收了我的钱，我就想看下我的钱花没花出去，连这点权利都没有了么？现在的携程都跟这样的酒店合作了么？我对携程很失望，在雪乡最贵的酒店居然是这种服务，和哈尔滨的酒店简直就是天壤之别，失望，其实是不想给分的，不然发不了点评 -100分，还不如普通的农家院...
