房间地毯很脏，空调通风口处墙面上全是黑灰，我们自己带的矿泉水，酒店赠的2瓶水都没动，下动结帐，服务员通知总台有一瓶销费矿泉水盖子打开了，付费3元，因为有事情要办不能当误，交了3元钱离店，告诉总台把那瓶矿泉水扔掉别在算在下一个住客身上，嘿嘿全是套路。
