卫生很差，马桶圈上有尿渍，台盆上有头发，浴巾上有可疑污物两处。 一次性用品非常非常差，牙刷，浴帽，牙膏很廉价质量不好。空调机比拖拉机还响，半夜被吵醒和冻醒，窗户还关不起来，万一夜里有坏人从窗户爬进来怎么办，不是一般差，不明白是不是因为是政府的企业，才会出现很差的这些用品。供暖气不好。

一个网上严重被低估了的好饭店，以至我们第一天进入镜泊时没有选择它。位置近游船码头（200米吧），酒店内部即是一个美仑美奂的园林。更值得一提的是酒店的服务绝不逊于任何一个五星级饭店，餐厅菜品也属一流；客房中规中矩，设施完善。

酒店在镜泊湖公园里，周围环境还不错，就是酒店设施比较老，房间不大，墙上能看见潮湿的水印。定了两间标准间，其中有一间床上爬蚂蚁，一晚上跟蚂蚁打架，没睡好。镜泊湖宾馆没有餐厅，要到元首楼吃，用餐不方便。镜泊湖广场附近有很多饭庄味道还不错，里宾馆也不远，除早饭都在公园里解决，价格贵点也没办法，出公园再进还得花100元/人门票，不划算
