以前也住东方明珠，这次看重新装修了还带有很大期待，结果一进房间，装修味道很大，不过也没特别在意，毕竟刚装修，厕所里面还有两根竹签子，本来打算下楼时跟大堂讲一下，出门看见打扫的阿姨就说了一下，阿姨还质疑是我们弄的，我表示我刚入住几分钟，才发现的，阿姨说给弄好，我们晚上出门吃饭十点多回来看见竹签没有了，想着是阿姨给弄好了就顺手按了一下马桶，结果马桶是堵的，水下不去，幸好没上厕所，多恶心。想打电话叫人来看看，结果电话是坏的，不能用。我们要从18楼跑下去告知，来了人之后又质疑是我们弄的，我们根本就没上这该死的厕所好吗，后来通知修好了，可是第二天早上用的时候压根没好，那个恶心就别提了。最吓人的不是几次三番修不好的厕所，而是我在上厕所的时候服务员门都不敲刷卡就进，我心脏病都给吓出来了，那厕所正对门，快捷酒店都不会有这种情况发生。这个酒店就这种服务是打算把自己放在什么档次？！
