服务台的服务员态度真的太差了……一个岁数挺大脸上有斑的女人态度太次了……真是没有语言可以形容……但是第二天早上退房时的服务员态度那真的是没得说……真的很好

尽管是一家老牌三星酒店，房间还是很干净的，早餐也不错！但是，一位中年服务员的态度很差，根本无视顾客的感受，完全不相信网络客户，可气的是爱去哪投诉去哪！我没见过如此态度恶劣的服务员！
