给好评完全是出于服务人员的态度！号称豪华酒店，大夏天的，空调不好使，是每个房间的普遍现象，想要凉快，只能开着房间门，借用走廊的空调！好几百的房费，在房间里只能吹风扇！再说说早餐，如果房费里不含早，就一定一定上外面吃，早餐是7点到9点，但过了8点，就基本什么都不上了！问服务员什么时候上菜，服务员说：不上就是没有了！然后看着服务员堂而皇之的拿着打包盒，里面满满的都是装好的早餐，自己带走！这么大的酒店，本来住宿的人就多，连个早餐都供应不上，我们也只能呵呵……了！
