虽然属于雪韵阁酒店，但离雪韵阁酒店主楼很远，位置有点难找，一路上问了几个当地人都不知道，外面招牌也没有雪韵阁的字样，有几栋房。房间热水器不太好用，其他设施都比较简陋，在雪乡这么偏僻的地方算可以了。

很差！！住过最差的酒店没有之一！千万不要住这里！屋子小，洗手间小的连洗澡都没地方站！而且整个屋子都是虫子！！屋子也不够暖和！这里其他家的淡季一百五十块就能住的很好比他家好多了！他家还要两百多，根本不值得住！

两个价钱相差几十块，但居然是同一种房型，还以为不一样才订贵点的。跟雪韵阁相差太远了，去到雪韵阁人家说根本不是那里，往另一个反方向走还要走十分钟，没人带根本不会去。打留的电话，又坏了，前台自己都不知道。连续打了好几个没接通真的很无助。离大街有点远，房子不算暖，床不知道为什么不热，也许是坏了。吹风机要问值班室拿才有。早餐时间太短，起来就没了，走的时候又太早了，两晚都没吃到。胜在人态度还是挺好，远离大街有个好处也是挺静，拍景不用怕人碍着
