到江西理工大学办事很方便，就在对面。到华东交大办事有点小远，有一公里。酒店还算干净，但是设施陈旧，每天居然没人清理房间卫生。早餐品种很少，只有五六个品种，但是稀饭和包子真心不错。但同一百多价格比，算是良心价了。

房间设备比较齐全，周边就是江西理工大学，吃饭各种店都很多，公交也方便，离双港地铁站台也不远，床单看上去比较干净，隔音效果挺好，晚上也安静，我自己带了备用的床单，就是看电视有很多麻花点不清晰，停车场是户外的很大位置，送了早餐，早餐一般吃饱就行，总体来讲这个价格配这个客房质量还是可以的，
