地方很好找，晚上逛了万达，天虹，百盛，逛街吃东西都很近。酒店设施新，新开不久，很有家的感觉，小复式住的很舒服。

房间还可以，比一般的酒店要大些，毕竟是单身公寓。所以短期住着是比酒店里舒服些。周边吃饭也方面，有家木桶饭味道不错也实惠，还有米粉店，沙县，拉面等。楼下也有个便利店营业到半夜2点。
缺点是：开发票需要提前告知去开，临时退房可能拿不到发票。而且发票要另外收点。房费不含发票钱。不过住的时候老板就先告知了这点，挺好，不像有的地方等你退房才告诉你。 另外是不像酒店里有每天的客房卫生服务，住了几天，最后没毛巾了只好去找老板要
