黑店、定豪华单间竟然里面有麻将桌，商家的解释房间和普通客房一样正所谓豪华就是有麻将桌？网上下的单，登记时要交两百押金，看见房间后我要求退房，酒店解释说网上定的退不了我认了？可我刚交的押金两百也说不能退？网上广告图片好漂亮？哪儿网请问你就不用考察酒店实际情况图片真实度？不怕砸了你们的招牌？

住四晚，没个窗户我也是醉了，而且也不是我订的那一间，晚上十点的时候我还没到，打电话给我确认，说给我留着，结果我到的时候就擅自给我换了一间，又加了一百多块钱，还没窗！
