服务态度极差，马桶盖手扶着才能上，房间还能被人抢走，浴缸里还有血不打扫卫生，浴缸的水也下不去，没有泡澡的东西，服务员说话和死了爹一样，开个房三层楼跑了四趟，房间提前预定没用，没个服务员给我开门看房，电影付费都不能看，也就一个投影而已，而且来了就是坏的，还要找人维修，大厅里连个举报电话都没有！
