第一次来 住了三天 第三天打电话给前台说能不能换房 前台告知没有房间了 我想说 既然没房 那为何网上订房还能订？我说那打扫阿姨还在上班吗 可以打扫一下卫生吗 我急着出去等阿姨来 出去的时候还说了谢谢 打扫阿姨服务态度很不好 打扫的也不干净 就连地面也不扫干净 桌子有污渍也不擦 杯子铺了一下 枕头也是乱扔在床 价格实惠 位置也好 房间内没有吹风机 负责人为何不抓一下服务质量？不做服务难有回头客！
