每次来安义都住在这家酒店，谁曾想新年来住，如此糟心，退房没有人，保安说把卡扔在前台，结果半天也没有退押金！走的时候发现充电器没带，给前台电话说帮我放在前台晚点去拿，结果下午到前台也没有充电器，前台的估计是太忙，把我打发到住的十二楼去拿，结果鬼影都没有，上上下下来回跑了几次，最后毛线也没拿到就走了！春节涨价涨的那么凶，结果服务却降了几个档次，让人太失望！时代进步，你们退步，情何以堪！
