差评，订的3号4号入住因个人原因要取消订单，昨天联系时说网上下单的统一不退，这是霸王条款好吗？打电话投诉后又告诉我3号算正常入住4号可申请提前退房的，今天再打电话去退房又说查不到我的订单和入住信息，等我投诉完了又打电话给我可以退200元，这个国庆节我花了1125元买了一个教训，值得

不好，没见过现在还用中央空调的。很不方便～床太小跟本不像是那么大的床～房间也没有网上说的那么大～总之一看就货不对板～住一晚就为了去万达玩，结果一点心情都没有了。赶快退房有人～
