条件一般，两个房间独立分开还不错，热水较好，只是地漏不通畅，只有一双拖鞋，麻将桌上灰尘较重，电话也是坏的，300多的价格有点不匹配

总体还是不错的，房间是在小区里面！吃饭比较方便，楼下全是吃东西的地方！夜市摊比较多，一直持续到晚上一两点。交通还算比较便利的，周边有公交车站。
