暂且不说酒店环境和前台服务态度，就说这担保金！当时是晚上九点，在艺龙上定显示需要交担保金，行，交就交呗，交完后分分钟来短信说酒店已确切！结果到酒店，前台说查不到订单信息，无法办理！但是这个订单又是不能退的，否则担保金没有了。打电话给酒店经理、给艺龙客服都说可以办，现场交钱，担保金在3~5个工作日退还。结果入住后两个礼拜过去了钱还没退，还没有任何解释，打了十几个客服，永远是回复正在处理、正在跟进、酒店反馈没有入住信息……艺龙说什么他们也没办法，我为了这么一百来块钱的担保金，打客服话费都要打了一半！更可气的是每个客服都说过两天一定给答复，结果每次都是我自己打电话过去问！只能说太垃圾了，都只知道推卸责任，打客服，打投诉电话都是一样的！！！用一次愤怒无比！
