酒店服务非常糟糕，特别是2016年7月26日晚上11：00多温泉收银人员，还未结帐就不让人进，说是已退柜卡。男孩子吓得也没敢上楼，大人到处跑找不到人，服务员看着也不上前引导，就看你们跑来跑去，也不提供任何服务，令人非常气愤。而且去一趟离市区非常远，打车去100多，打车回至少200,很牛，建议自驾。
