这次住宿让我很不愉快。离西站十公里还多，还敢说是西客站店。酒店位置也偏，旁边很多都还在建筑。酒店简介上面说，有免费接送，定了房后，告诉顾客说特惠房没有？说是网站的问题？你们和网站的沟通问题要顾客来承担吗？卫生间天花板上面还破了个洞？。一到房间门口，房门大开，那不是没入住之前谁都可以进去了？毫无安全感可言。让住客觉得很不舒服。酒店装修，设施还可以。
