一、房间设施设备检修不过关:1.淋浴房顶部花洒水流出水不畅，下面手持花洒太低，无法舒服的淋浴；2.房间内发光源（灯泡等）损坏不少，不少无法正常使用；二、泊车车位太少。可惜了过去的好地方。

在寒冷的冬天这是唯一觉得暖和的地方，空调温度非常足，让我春节回家不再恐寒。唯一的遗憾是早餐质量总在不停下降，永远赶不上瓦罐汤，也没有可口的拌粉。这次连酸奶也没有了。
