垃圾e龙，我今天才发现，从7月开始我的返现一分都没收到。估计得有几百元。预订时都有勾选。客服回复我说还得从后台申领才行。真**流氓行为。我不问是不是就没了。到现在我都枚找到申领按钮。这个烂客户体验，人家某程怎么集团不需要。
