定了两间房，其中一间居然别人还没退房我们就用房卡开了门，太不安全了，别人不愿意调换，把我们换到了八楼一个小房间，只有一个很小小窗户，小的转不过身来，我定的是豪华标间，因为比较晚了就没再调换了，感觉太差，酒店号称腾王阁大酒店，其实离腾王阁很远，旅游不推荐，早上四点多退房，服务员睡着了喊不醒，搞了半个小时才把押金退回，建议定房之前看看实际评论，别搞的心情不美丽
