本来定了两天两间房，因酒店自己内部传达失误，导致去前台开房间告知就一间房，与前台协调了半个小时，态度及其恶劣。根本不像准五星酒店的服务标准，电话与前台沟通说不是酒店问题，他们就接了一间房间的预定，说现在也没有多余房间，百般无奈之下直有打电话直接给艺龙投诉。哎…还是第三方介入后，酒店转口说又有房间了，写此评论，希望以后定这家酒店的慎重考虑。
