陪妈妈入住，太可怕了😱，简直就是恶梦！酒店在医院内，入住3楼，在床上的被单上发现了老鼠屎四五颗，立刻打电话叫酒店管理人员来房查看，又发现床下居然有老鼠🐁老鼠🐁……酒店又安排我们母女到了5楼入住，整晚整晚无法入睡。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。一小时，一小时，好不容易熬到了天亮，退房回家了.太可怕😱

酒店整个没有空调，预定确认时并没有说明，且前台服务态度懒散，无所谓的态度，没有任何一句解释，就是说我们酒店没有空调，你住还是不住，你不住就自己网上退
