我住的特价房，这个价位总的来说还行吧。
以下是对特价房的评价
优点：房间空间大，便宜，路边好找，有停车场。
缺点：停车场入口无标识，逆行回来不知道会不会违章；房间清洁的不够细致；无拖鞋；热水不热；大半夜的居然还有KTV的歌声；有蚊子。
