前台服务态度极度恶劣，地上有个烟头印是以前留下的还要扣我50块钱一个，搞的跟他们吵了一架，真不知道那个烟头印能向其他人收多少次，呵呵，非常不高兴的一次住宿，下次再也不会来这家了，差，差，差
