今天早上还在睡觉门莫名其妙的被别人打开了，是个男的，吓死人了，问前台 轻描淡写地来了句有可能是查房，有可能？查房不知道有没有入住客人？查房不知道先敲门？还有一次因为在网上定的房间比较便宜一点但是中午要12点退房如果续房前台会跟你说在前台付网上的价格第二天也可以两点退房，因为住好多次了，然后上一次那个前台一定要让我在前台付原价第二天才可以两点退房、呵呵 难道她那天心情不好？
