各方面还算很不错，虽然只是二号附楼，但总体性价比还是很高的，退房速度也很快，不用等待查房，但某些设施有待维护更新，比如，淋浴龙头，水散不开，比如，房间里的电视机，不大清楚，应该进行必要的维护甚至更换新设备了

很落伍的挂牌四星，房间面积尚可，但硬件已显陈旧，配置水准一般，不过性价比尚可，算得上实惠。最大的好处是交通便利。此外，附设的赣南客家菜馆口味还地道。

房间虽然设施有点陈旧，但是干净整洁，齐全，四星标准，住的相当舒适，实惠。物有所值，下次这个价格还会住。

非常差，地毯很脏，霉味很重，电视坏的，床、被子、枕头都是很潮的。退房的款，7天都没有到账，前台说是3~5天到账。

交通比较方便，这次原定的副楼前台给调成了主楼标间，出门就是机场大巴1号线，车程约40分钟到机场，餐厅的菜有点咸，这季节150的价格非常值了，离江边和滕王阁都非常近，离去婺源的青山长途汽车站约15分钟路程，价格超值出门方便。
