还算不错，最近好像是五周年庆，送了30的餐厅消费券。遗憾的是，入住时信用卡的单据都被我拿到房间去。后来前台的姑娘打来电话，说是我把信用卡的单据都拿到房间了，我没有回答，等着她说：我到你房间来拿，好吗？可惜的是，沉默了一会，那个前台姑娘也和我玩沉默，忍不住了只好说：我下来时给你拿来吧。服务意识看来并没有到实处。
