宾馆四星名不符实 软件硬件都差的很远 我遇到的是 中午因为人多拒绝我就餐 向经理反映无果 百般推脱 毫无诚意 两个电梯只有一个运行 害得大伙从十几层楼爬上爬下 建议艺龙以后不要推荐这种饭店了

卫生实现不好，设施损坏的也很厉害，但是离火车站很近，也就是市中心了，早上叫醒服务也忘了，只有靠自己的闹铃。

整体感觉还是不错的 房间很大，蛮干净的，只是之前在艺龙订的是豪华标间，结果给的是普通标间，本来一米八的床，变成一米二的床，算了 刚从火车下来挺累的 就不再追究了，希望以后改进吧

酒店和隔壁的锦怡几乎同期开 但是感觉差几个档次 还有 我定的的豪标 结果服务台给的是普标 在这里向艺龙提出抗议 骗会员以次充好
