有霉味，设施比较老旧。仅住一晚，最后厕所冲水都不好用了。让人不安心的是，房间里面也有个玻璃门，通向走廊，去往隔壁房间。个人认为非常不安全，回想起来仍是心有余悸。前台接待服务态度不好，没有展现出星级酒店的热情招待的服务质素。性价比不高，不太值这个价。实话实说，服务有待提升，设施需要完善。最后值得肯定的是，地理位置非常好！

虽然是五星级酒店，但设施陈旧，淋雨就只有个固定的淋雨头，没有可以手持的淋雨头洗澡很不方便。酒店安全也有问题，外面的**名片随意从门缝塞进来，而且房门没有反锁的设施，晚上都睡不安稳。在江西住的几家酒店早餐都比较简单，这个五星级酒店的早餐也是一般，令人失望
