我凌晨两点被这破酒店对面的施工单位吵醒了，我以为是自己的问题，所以我吃了个安眠药，结果五点又被吵醒了然后我就打电话向前台投诉，然后他们就给我发了个破杯子，道了个歉就完事儿了，我想要退款，因为他根本就没有打到一个酒店的责任，我已经投诉了

我是很少服务给差评的人，这次住的酒店真是受不了
服务极其恶劣：
1.前台登记人员不热情，站半天没人理得。问个事情极其不耐烦，没有一张笑脸
2.前台服务人员欺骗客户，明明订的豪华间，想给我开高级间（比豪华间便宜100左右）；辛亏我认真看了酒店介绍，知道豪华间在哪几层，要不然就真悲剧了
3.服务管理混乱，房间都跳闸了；还真就把跳闸的房间直接开给我，上上下下跑几趟找他们换房间，还让我等着，当时就发火了。
什么鬼四星级酒店，最差的我住的四星级，没有之一
