前台服务太差，操作不熟，问来问去，订单号查了半天，明明5天前就预定好了的，竟然还叫我等半小时，实际上她们查询订单，还有解决其他房客问题，已经超过半小时，这也就算了，进去房间，地毯给人感觉特别不干净。淋浴头是坏的，我洗完澡，厕所全是积水，很久才干，这是一次非常差的住酒店的经历，第一次住米兰，印象非常差！

房间环境太差，走道、房间的地毯布都是发霉的，味道很重，房间电话是坏的，跟图片简直天差地别，洗手间门掉了要求换房说是没房间了，不想说了，概括三个字：‘太烂了’！！！！！！！

我觉得位置挺好，不过进去后发现很乱，房间门是坏的，冲洗间的莲蓬完全是坏的，枕头与被子都有烟味。妈妈说花了钱没看到效果😂
