由于太晚到南昌西站了，所以在网上选择了离车站比较近的酒店，高铁站一出来就有地铁可以到，非常的方便。当我在车站的时候就收到前台信息询问我对房间有什么要求感觉非常的贴心。到前台办理入住时，特别是前台办理入住的小女孩非常热情，后来询问了她名字叫万佳琪，笑容灿烂让人感觉舒心。入住后房间非常的干净整洁，客房阿姨给我送东西是非常的礼貌而却面带微笑。餐厅环境非常好，人也nice。下楼去退房时，我离前台还有好远前台的小美女就开始微笑打招呼，感觉非常的棒，办完了退房后我开心唱着“画画的贝贝，画画的贝贝...，

酒店在郊区，对面就是融创茂。订的时候不知道附近如此偏僻，位置不是太好。但当时想着带小孩去融创茂就订了。不过酒店的亲子房还是很好的，宝宝特别喜欢。前台的服务也非常好。入住感觉还是不错的。

正值周末，本来提前预定的双床房，由于艺龙大意，未与酒店联系，酒店直接安排的是大床房，沟通许久也没有有效解决，艺龙客服要求我们承担加床费用，艺龙工作人员的失误为何要客户来承担？本就毫无道理，后来还是升级到艺龙专员才得到解决，不过，这个过程导致我们一家人在酒店大堂呆了超过差不多3个小时。而且还有一个问题，艺龙有些客服人员责任心不够
