  来南昌九龙湖这边玩，很晚来办理的入住，前台的Mocha经理服务很好，前台办理入住很快，态度很好，礼宾小马会主动帮忙拿行李，到了房间，房间很大，卫生很干净，谢谢周颖帮我准备的房间，很喜欢，被子很软，但不是那种睡起来榻榻的感觉，床很大，窗户正对的是公园景色，蛮不错的。空调也很给力。酒店的送餐也很快，点的南昌炒粉超好吃。早餐的种类很丰盛，味道也很好，南昌瓦罐汤好鲜，我能喝三碗。退房速度也很快，最后前厅部经理AMY还给我打了回访电话，真的不错。

  非常感谢Amy经理的热情接待，前台的leila办理入住效率非常快，非常细致的介绍酒店的设施设备，服务相当到位，酒店停车免费，防疫措施真的很严格，这样反而入住的也非常安心，酒店干净，豪华，大堂香薰非常高级好闻，值班经理告知是祖马龙的海盐鼠尾草，房间温度适宜，床品舒适，免费的茶包等应有尽有，布局非常合理，健身房和恒温的泳池环境相当不错，五楼的中餐厅性价比很高，井冈山豆皮非常下饭，早餐中西结合，品种丰富，地道的瓦罐汤和南昌拌粉很推荐，确实达到五星级的标准，下次还会选择。

  酒店离地铁2号线很近，走路2分钟距离就到了，一进酒店就是一股非常好闻的味道，有点甜，前台Mia入住办理很快，Mocha经理很热情，给我介绍酒店和南昌，电梯速度很快，房间给我免费升级了行政房，27楼房间很大，设施设备很新，打开窗帘视野很好，是公园，听说是绿地自己建的公园，风景很是不错，客房赖阿姨帮我准备的房间很满意，酒店的健身房和泳池都是免费的，健身房设施很齐全，泳池是温热的，听员工说这里的泳池是恒温泳池，还是不错的。早餐很丰盛，有西式有中式，各种各样的选择性太多了，味道也是不错的~退房后，Amy还给我打了回访电话，真的有被暖到。真的是一次不错的入住体验！

  酒店地理位置很好，服务也很赞，入住很多次了，非常满意，礼宾的Freddy服务意识强，值班经理MOCHA在入住时给了很多帮助，服务注重细节，酒店的服务设施，入住体验都非常让人满意，客房赖经理服务很贴心，房间的卫生打扫的也很干净，退房的时候前台也会提醒顾客带好贵重物品，很用心的服务，出差首选，期待下次入住。

  住了很多次，来南昌的首选，疫情工作落实很具体，让人安心，地理位置优越，酒店很大气，大堂气派，香薰很特别，问了服务人员告知是海盐鼠尾草，服务人员很有礼貌，前台介绍酒店很详细 ，房间干净卫生，浴缸很大方便泡澡，还有免费的茶包咖啡包供应，泳池水温合适，水质很好，可以看到户外，早餐升级到行政楼，水果新鲜，西瓜特别甜，退房有提前准备好发票，还有值班经理问询入住感受，非常不错，尤其表扬前厅部Amy，点赞👍
