天和商务宾馆的老板就是个垃圾！骂人还要打人！我直接叫三个人到现场问他还打不打我了，又装**！明明有发票跟**说没发票，后来打电话给艺龙又说发票15个点！这就是天和商务宾馆的老板亲自办理入住就这态度跟素质！

不好，不好，不好，服务态度差，卫生做的差，很多东西长毛了，电灯都没亮，隔音又辣鸡，中午11点就打电话催退房.下次不会再去.
