首先，房间不够留学生楼来凑，留学生楼房间小环境差隔音差，窗户关不死，洗澡没热水，要换房间前台叫早上八点去换，拖到一点，在拖到三点。
第二，前台服务态度极差，跟大家欠她们钱似的。多数酒店可以延迟到中午一点退房，因为下午两点考试，这里的前台答应别的房间两点前退就可以，我们去问的时候前台很凶地说“可以啊，你延迟到几点退都行，加钱就是了，我可没有答应过两点前退就可以”。
第三，服务人员素质低，从早上八点起一直在走廊吵吵嚷嚷大声喧哗，在她们心里完全没有给住客提供安静舒适环境的理念吧。
本来只是想着住校内考试比较近，重回母校可以在校园里多待一些时间，这招待所实在太让人失望了，奉劝要来财大考试的朋友们还是住七天去吧，走路十分钟都不用，至少全国连锁服务在那里。

很干净，热水很热、暖气充足，无线路由很给力，房间稍微简洁了点，什么都没有，就是招待所的水准。
适合考试。
