早上67点就被旁边咚咚的声音吵醒，然后没有吹风机，洗个头发都不方便。今天早上去退房卡时，觉得前台的服务态度真差，虽然她对我倒没有特别差，但她对另一位顾客态度很差，别人要买瓶水，也不帮别人去拿，让别人自己自己去拿，还表现的非常没有耐心。别人给现金给她，就一直说没有零钱，总之态度十分差，她如果态度好点，那位顾客肯定会用微信或者支付宝之前转钱给她的，可是她那个态度，我在旁边都看不下去，说没零钱，还那样，别人欠你的吗？我是看不下去了。另一个前台还十分生气的说，你把抽屉给他看，看有没有零钱，明明就有，最后还十分生气地说，我找给你好吧，就把钱找给了那位顾客。我就奇怪的是，态度这么差的，还能当前台，无语了
