住在11楼可以看到城景，就在火车站对面，转车方便，到腾王阁打车十五六块，设施一般，回来打开房间一股臭味，通风后就没了，不知道为什么。酒店有回访，己经反映了。酒店位置好。

酒店位置很好找，就在南昌站西广场，在前台办理入住时，员工服务很好，很热情，还帮我们免费升级了房型，房间卫生很干净，还有一个很大的摇摇椅沙发，坐上去很舒服，出门办事回来后，房间还送了凉粉和小礼品，东西虽然不贵重，但服务做的很用心，退房时，前台服务员看我们行李比较多，还主动帮我们送到了公交站台，酒店服务很暖心，让人感觉到家一般的温暖，下次有机会还会入住，
