下机有点晚就带着美美的心情来市区玩一下，结果被前台服务员彻底给绍兴了，微信订的房付了包定金，然后前台再交600，我就说还是用微信支付，她也没有说什么，半天来一句条码我没有听清楚，还以为她要之前付的单号呢！结果我说一下找不到了还好有个截屏，就给截屏她看一下，她就用鄙视眼看了看她同事，你说你这是什么态度，也是个国际酒店，怎么会有这样的服务员？住过无数的酒店从来都没有遇到过这样的服务员。后面我是说了她们，好歹也是个国际酒店，既然有你们这样服务员，你们这是什么态度……就今晚上入住的8708房，希望经理看看监控录像就知道了，那副鄙视的眼光，再想想顾客的感受就知道了。

设施还是比较齐全，服务有待提高，尤其是新员工的培训，业务不熟练，效率低，缺少微笑；管理上早餐工作人员感觉没精打采的，保安玩手机严重，喇叭响了老一会没个人，卫生满分。
