酒店配套设施都挺好，房间也不错，就是当天值班的前台有点凶，到酒店登记的时候前台说：付六百块钱押金。”然后正好有另一个人退房，我看见前台退了她三百押金，我就问前台：“为啥她支付三百块押金我要付六百块，她很不耐烦的回答：“你没付房费啊，人家的房费早就在网上付了。”我觉得这不是一个星级酒店对客人该有的服务态度。

硬件一般，空调不冷，而且声音比较大。房间面积不小，位置不算偏到也不算热闹。停车场是有的，告诉前台车号出场时自动抬杆。

早餐比较差，种类很少，但是房价便宜，所以也还说得过去。楼下不远有饭馆和水果铺。向西一道街能走到江边，但就是道路太曲折了！
