前台人员服务态度很好，面带微笑的，蛮到位的，酒店位置不错，在市中心，出门座公车或去火车站都很方便，酒店提供的早餐很丰盛，口味也不错

酒店位置较好，离市中心八一广场较近，对面就是长途汽车站，较方便也嘈杂。前台服务也可以，小女孩礼貌对答，似乎入住率不高，问是否能升级房间，回答有预订的房间，不能升。宾馆大部分翻新（淋浴、地毯、毛巾、计算机等），毛巾较白，卫生性可以。只是可能离市中心近，显得性价比一般。
