五星级？前台已经是服务最好的了，房间服务员直接冲进房间，幸亏我穿了裤子！没有健身设施，没有送餐，早餐食品不作评价，至少那个用餐环境，。。。。。。 酒店需要努力提高，配得上自己虚高2倍以上的定价

我不是要诋毁这家酒店，硬件还不错，价位也和硬件符合。
但服务实在让人不敢恭维。
我发表了三次评价，因为给家人定了三个房间，南昌这种温度上午没空调实在不行，早上起来的时候温度很快就不行了，套房窗户很大阳光倒是很足，换个季节这个酒店可能还不错；
KTV太吵；
餐厅实在不值这个价位。

房间上午没有空调，只有循环通风，现在南昌的气温这简直是让人崩溃；
晚上KTV很有震撼效果；喜欢睡觉伴着动感音乐的朋友可以试试；
餐厅地面油腻不堪，喜欢溜冰的同学值得一试。

酒店硬件还是很不错的，但正是因为外貌的缘故，我自己去看了酒店房型后，下定决心定的房间。这也是噩梦的开始。
房间上午是没有空调的，只有循环通风；真的有点无语了，我去咨询的时候，前台和客房服务都告诉正在检修中央空调，并且很确切的说下午两点就能检修好，但其实这是骗局。老大啊，南昌夏天什么气温啊，这种酒店怎么没空调呢，如前面高人所说，客房给了个风扇。
晚上KTV很有震撼效果，前台倒是很善意的给了较高的楼层。
厨房的抽风机正对着餐厅的地面，地面油腻腻的，导致我家里人滑倒在地，俺都郁闷了！

地理位置可以，房间施设也可以，只是开的KTV实在太吵闹，我住六楼晚上简直无法入睡，只能要求换到高楼层去，感觉十分不爽。

性价比很高，居住很舒适，配套硬件很好，唯一与描述不符的就是没有健身房，但酒店内却有明显的表示健身房在负一楼。
