早上退房时，感觉到前台和白痴一样。为了赶火车，出房门前五分钟打电话到前台通知派人来查房。结果去了前台什么都没做。前台结账太不专业，开完发票，然后打印水单，不给我结账。然后告诉我结账要等查完房。然后这个时候他才通知查房。拜托，有点专业职业素质好不！退房第一步就要通知查房。不要因为你的过失耽误别人的时间！！！
