看到网上评价不错，才确定了这家。但住上后不点失望。说是四星级的，但感觉很不好。房间不大，物品陈旧，窗台上有尘土，整体感觉还不如三星级的。在服务台专门问了有没有空调，说是有。房间内空气很闷，大热的天不开空调，打电话跟客房部联系，回答说：因为是中央空调，一打开就得全楼开，入住的人少，浪费，可我们热得受不了。交涉的结果是服务员拿来了一个旧的台式电扇，油泥好厚，不会摇头。最后叫服务员来，服务员的解释还是中央空调，不能开，浪费。在我们再三强调200多元的酒店连空调都不开的话，我们一定要投诉。后来空调终天用上了，不容易呀！br唯一的优点就是旁边有个商场，生活方便。
