你帮我升级房间我很高兴，但是中途续房居然跟我说“您明天要换房的，这是我帮你升级的，再续就不可以住这个房间了”，住了这么多酒店第一次被警告降级房间，我也是醉了，搞得我死皮赖脸住在这里一样，先学会说话再过来上班，也希望贵酒店休息培训员工，既然升级不起就不要升级，其他酒店我连续住二十天也没说给我降级，无语??
