订的5号6号房间，住了一晚，有事必须要回去，但酒店不给退房款，说是要与携程联系，什么逻辑？携程最后还不是要给你们2天的房费？下次再不去改酒店。位置在郊区，旁边就是大量建筑垃圾。

非常差的体验，到店后前台告知因为在网站预订的房间所以只能住顶层最靠边的房间或者别的楼层最靠边的房间，反问前台那为什么预订须知不写明白，前台的回答是就这样没办法，给网站客服打电话，具牛的答案来了，我们网站只提供平台服务不管房间类型，您现在预订的也不可退，要么您选择不如住可是费用不退，所谓的高科技就是窗帘开门会自动打开，但是因为在网站预订窗户很小，洗澡打开水会放音乐，别的没什么了，在阆中这个地方，比普遍房价贵了近一倍的酒店墙纸开裂，卫生间返潮等等现象也是比比皆是，对艺龙网站的处事态度更是失望至极，写出来是为了给大家一个在选择时候的意见！对于我本人，删除艺龙APP，果断不打交道了！
