我一个人入住，在入住之后预授权问题，酒店说未查到我入住，第一次打电话过去没有查到，后面查到了，他说会打电话给携程，结果没有。携程第二天又打电话过来，第一次问还是没有找到，说了三次是杜甫的甫，感觉服务员没有读过书，酒店犯这样低级的错误。
