早餐东西很少，酒店服务很差，晚上八点回酒店没有停车位，让前台帮忙找地方停车，她说保安负责协调，结果等了大半天都没处理，还是自己找到的。酒店的卫生很不干净，房间地毯还有烟灰，桌子上很多灰尘，沐浴露洗发水是19年6月就过期了，还继续放在洗漱台。房间的台灯坏的不能用，床头阅读灯坏的不能用，电子称也是坏的。硬件很差，还不如经济型酒店

柏亚应该是蓬安楼层最高看着最气派的酒店了，落地窗对面就是相如公园，景观无敌！
客房装修时尚，入住非常舒适，客房干净卫生
早餐也有当地特色米粉，品种丰富
这个价格真的超级给力，比相如之心价格还便宜50，停车也宽敞，还是免费的！每次到蓬安不二之选！

大堂有股怪味道，服务人员态度不好，押金明明可以刷预授权，不问客户就直接喊你扫二维码付款。办理完入住连房间号也不给客户说一声。退房时自己不愿意打字输入发票信息，非要喊顾客自己扫二维码填写。
早餐很差，没有牛奶，服务人员都坐着玩手机。客房面盆的水龙头没有热水，厕所的卷纸只有很少一截，可见很久没换了。洗发水和沐浴液也是别人用过的。内线电话入住的时候是好的，早上想打电话退房就断线了。
