对于环境跟卫生不做多说，毕竟不是第一次入住，可是这次非常生气，里面的消费品我们没有消费的也说我们消费了，我们跟前台解释，前台只是说这件商品没了，难道每次入住我们要先核实她们有一些什么吗？只是十块钱的东西，我也懒于纠缠，并没人纠结这十块钱，只是有就是有，没有就是没有，这样恶意的让客人买单，入住的客人最好考虑这家酒店人品管理问题。
